Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan the execution of Structural Analysis by understanding the requirements from Design Team.
  • Perform Structural Analysis on the identified component and Prepare a Report.
  • Validate Simulation with Test Results and refine Simulation methods.
  • Present to Internal and External Customers on the results interpretation.
  • Suggest design recommendations based on Simulation results.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Experience Range: 2 to 3 Years in structural FEA
  • Educational Qualification: BE/BTech and ME/MTech in Mechanical engineering (Design, Applied Mechanics, CAD/CAM, etc)
  • In-depth knowledge on Finite Element Methods, in particular Structural Formulation.
  • Experienced on Static, Vibration, Nonlinear (Contact, Material) using Ansys Workbench.
  • Capability to develop appropriate Models using DM, Space Claim for Preprocessing.
  • In-depth Knowledge in sheet metal parts modelling in Ansys is Mandatory.
  • Hands on experience in Ansys WB (Pre and post processing).
  • Familiar with CAD tools CREO.
  • Good Communication, Excellent Team Player, and in-depth technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge in Automobile products development / validation.
  • Knowledge in Vibrations, thermal and Automation (Python scripting) will be added advantage.
