Key Responsibilities
  • Create and modify 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings of mechanical components and assemblies using Creo.
  • Understand design requirements and develop design concepts, packaging layouts and engineering solutions.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations to support design activities.
  • Execute assigned projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve design-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Participate in technical reviews and internal meetings, providing innovative solutions to design challenges.
  • Manage engineering changes, revisions, and new releases through PLM systems such as Windchill or equivalent platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation for new workflows and engineering procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities and schedules.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience Range: 2–4 Years
  • Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related branches.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes including Plastic, Sheet Metal, Casting and Machining
  • Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.
  • Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
