Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW-based applications for testing, automation, and system integration.
- Architect scalable and modular LabVIEW systems, ensuring robust performance, maintainability, and reusability.
- Develop and implement communication interfaces using Modbus protocol for seamless interaction between devices, PLCs, and control systems.
- Integrate various sensors, data acquisition systems, and hardware components into test setups and automated systems.
- Configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation systems to ensure accurate data collection and system reliability.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (hardware, controls, and system engineers) to ensure smooth system integration.
- Perform debugging, validation, and optimization of software and hardware systems.
- Document system architecture, communication protocols, and hardware integration details.
- Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities for deployed systems.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 5 to 8 Years of working hands-on experience using LabVIEW
- Advanced proficiency in LabVIEW development, including coding, debugging, and system architecture design.
- Strong expertise in Modbus communication protocol (RTU/TCP) for device integration and industrial communication.
- Comprehensive knowledge of instrumentation systems, including integration of sensors, transducers, and data acquisition hardware.
- Experience in hardware-software interfacing, signal acquisition, and real-time data processing.
- Good understanding of test systems, automation frameworks, and control systems.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient systems with focus on performance and reliability.
- Experience in troubleshooting communication issues, signal inconsistencies, and system-level faults.
