Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration & validation of products to customers’ products in a variety of Industrial (On Highway & Off highway) applications
  • Technical reporting and documentation
  • Interactions with departmental management, customers, engineers, and other teams for project execution.
  • Solve product problems using a process that protects the customer; determine the assignable cause, implement robust, data -based solutions; and identifies the systemic root causes and recommended actions to prevent problem reoccurrence
  • Providing technical expertise and support on technical queries internal & Test Cell  
  • Testing on Electrical/Electronic Systems (Driver Display /Controller) test equipment and/or vehicles & Genset.
  • Provide interpretation of results and write technical reports
  • Interact with customers, suppliers, engineers and other functions
  • Develop and give technical presentations
  • Develop & maintain of quality procedures and work instructions
  • Participate in self and team audits and associated corrective actions
  • Flexible & performs support to internal & OEM onsite Team as & when required.
  • Basic level System Troubleshooting
  • Client interaction- 30% Domestic & internal
  • Travel - 10% (Domestic)
Skills and Experience Required
  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering Electronics/Electrical
  • 2 to 4 years of experience or entry-level/early career professional.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools is a must
  • Experience in electronics laboratory activities, equipment, and instruments Involvement in both CPS /NPD electrical product Testing & commissioning
  • Vehicle Electrical Integration, knowledge of Electrical components starter motor alternator
  • Good To have - Knowledge and relevant experience in automotive/industrial electronics software, calibration skills, and technical expertise to perform analysis and data acquisition
  • Core Electrical knowledge & Electronics Peripheral & End User Communication
  • Knowledge of both engine products and customer vehicles/machines
  • Demonstrates adaptability and responsiveness to changing work needs, with a willingness to undertake new tasks
  • Actively seeks new ways to grow and be challenged through both formal and informal development channels
  • Must have – Skills with electrical products Engine, wiring harness & Integration (with system)
  • Spoken English: not mandatory but clear communication
