Key Responsibilities
- The role primarily involves Structured Text (IEC 61131-3) programming along with C# application development, database management, and Agile-based software development.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial automation, embedded control systems, and modern software engineering practices.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain advance Genset control system using Structured Text (IEC 61131-3).
- Design and develop supporting applications and tools using C# (.NET).
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve software issues.
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and software validation.
- Collaborate using Git with branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support software integration, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required:
- B.E./B. Tech/M.E./MTech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline or MCA / MCS etc.
- Strong experience in Structured Text (IEC 61131-3) programming.
- Experience in C#/.NET application development.
- Strong knowledge of Relational Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL.
- Experience with NoSQL Databases: DynamoDB, Influx-DB.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in distributed or global development teams.

- Experience in Generator Control Systems, Industrial Automation, PLCs, etc
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as CAN, Modbus, J1939, or Ethernet/IP.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.
