Key Responsibilities:
- Sound knowledge on ASME Codes - piping
- Perform Engineering calculations like pipe thickness and size.
- Preparation of Piping Isometrics based on Layout drawing.
- Preparation of Piping Design by referring P&ID
- Preparation of Electrical cable tray Design
- IBR calculations for pipe design
- Ability to read P & ID and based on that prepare Piping 3D
- Ability to read pipe stress analysis report.
- Extraction of BOM from Isometric drawing
- Preparation of Piping Layout.
- Familiar with Navis model and clash test
- Preparation of P&ID based on input.
- Knowledge of equipment creation based on Equipment GA.
- Skid Basis piping Ex - Pump skid
Skills and Experience Required:
- 1 to 6 Years of experience in piping design and engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Experience working in all kind of industry plant bas projects.
- Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.)
- Experience with such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Cad Works, AutoCAD
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of excel, word and Power point
