Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and drafting of control panel layout using EPLAN Platform 2024 and EPLAN Pro Panel 2024 (Schematic & 3D Auto Routing in control panel)
  • Collaborate with USA team to design and release the drawings of Customized and Serial projects.
  • Ensure all designs comply with IEC/UL standards.
  • Release the drawings in Windchill environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Qualification: BE Electronics or Associated Branches.
  • Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years
  • Well versed with switchgear systems, genset electricals, and control panels
  • Perform calculations related to heat dissipation, load, cable routing, and generator specifications etc.
  • Manage EPLAN database, generate BOMs, terminal and cable overviews and other documentation for manufacturing and installation.
  • Select and specify control panel components such as breakers, relays, battery chargers, controllers (brands like Deif, Basler, etc.)
  • Exposure collaborating with different supplier/vendor development for Electrical component library. (Step file and CAD file conversion into EPLAN Data Base)
  • Analyze, document, and communicate end-to-end process documentation to stake holders.
  • Basic understanding of Gensets and peripheral devices
  • Knowledge about Diesel Engines
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to read and interpret general procedures and speak fluent English.
  • Preferred skills, competencies & certifications:
    • EPLAN Platform 2024 and EPLAN Pro Panel 2024, eBuild/Cogineer 2024, BricsCAD V25
    • Should be familiar with Genset working principle and its peripherals. SSB and CSB project flow.
    • Working knowledge of Windchill, SAP, IPAS / CPQ system
    • Should know the global wiring standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI, NFPA)
    • Social Skills: Agility, Versatility, Flexibility, and Teamwork
