Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HIL system simulation models for multiple platforms, including model building, validation test execution, result analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform embedded controls testing for ECMs / GCMs using HIL benches.
  • Execute integration and validation testing using NI PCI/PXI-based HIL test benches.
  • Troubleshoot HIL bench issues and ensure system readiness for testing.
  • Work with engine and powertrain control systems, including understanding engine duty cycles and stimulus.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for requirement understanding, issue resolution, and test planning.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members within the HIL simulations team.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency across HIL testing workflows.
  • Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Skill and Experience Required:

  • Education: BE/B.Tech. in Automotive/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-6 years relevant experience in HIL testing within Power Systems/ Automotive domains.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, model interpretation, and closed-loop workflows.
