Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for delivery of all projects as per company requirements.
- Understanding of technical and project schedule requirements of all projects.
- Act as Single point of contact (SPOC) for customer specific team, gather and review adequacy and accuracy of all inputs.
- Manage all project workload, resources, schedule and technical deliverables
- Contribute to concept and detailed design activities. Hands-on execution of project activities as required.
- Define quality review processes, checklists and templates.
- Ensure technical reviews of all deliverables before submission to customer.
- Design and Development - Creo, design calculations, complex casting components.
- Good manufacturing processes understanding of casting and machining.
- The candidate needs to have good working experience in Creo, drawing reading, Manufacturing process (This is technical side of it)
- Team Management skills include but not limited to following:
- Work distribution.
- Team management.
- Resolve technical issues of the team.
- Help team in case of technical doubts related to Creo and design like manufacturing process, GD&T, Drawings views reading.
- Team growth, team member empowerment, grooming the engineers to enhance their technical skills.
- Customer interaction for seamless projects delivery like ensuring OTD, quality (RFT).
- Excellent communication skills (both e-mail writing, verbal communication).
Skills and Experience Required:
- B.E/BTech Mechanical or Associated Branches.
- 15 to 18 Years.
- Must Have - knowledge and/or work experience of Engine domain ( Engine functioning and knowhow of critical assembly parts
- Creo Advanced part modeling (casting best practices, Blends, swept blends, shrink-wraps, merge inheritance, draft creation and analysis skills), Family table, Relations, parameters.
- Windchill PLM (Change management, part structure management, CAD part associations)
- Basic understanding of GD&T (ASME Y 14.5M all 14 symbols and their applications rules of GD&T
- Knowledge of Stack up (DVAs)
- User level knowledge of casting processes (types, applications and design considerations)
- Good to Have - Knowledge of engines peripherals, types and their applications.
- Communication Skills (Written and verbal both)

- Interpersonal skills (to interact with stakeholders and cross functional teams etc.)
